we have lots of flowcharts of our project So how to design and implement as functionally and technically in My CRM 2013 on premises..............

Abdul, there is no straight answer on such a question.
I suggest you hire a good Dynamics CRM partner who can help you "translate" those flowcharts into CRM. These flows needs to be embedded into the system so that it is logic for you and your colleagues.

CRM is basically not a pure BPM software, so you might need to translate that into design and then workflow.
Also need some plugin.
Some flow can be achieved through Out of the box, but the rest, as we know, CRM is a platform that you really need programming for those not possible to achieve using out of the box
