70I have created a sales order - for an item - and click the reservation manually. (quantity 5)
Then confirm the sales order > Release to warehouse > and it automatically generated wave , work and shipment (as per the set up)
Then I log into the mobile device to execute the Work and chose (user directed)
Completed the pick and put work through mobile device. It generated a new transaction (see screenshot) with location shipping. it also generated a license plate.
I go to Pack in warehouse management and started packing.. Once i try to close the container it generated the error message as above. It says , that it cannot be reserved because 0 is available.
It maybe because when i check on hand inventory the physical reserved is 0 even after completing the Put work
I am wondering since I already completed the Put work (which generated a transaction) why the physical reserved is still blank?
Is this the reason? Many Thanks
