Hi there,

I have a problem when I am installing Management Reporter presents me the following message

The domain entered for the Windows user could not be contacted.

This message I have when I am on the Configure Services Account screen and choose Custom account (recommended) and in the field User Name write JFRANK-LAPTOP\JFRANK and then write the password and I do click on the next button

I am using a Windows server 2008 R2 stantard and out of a domain.

Thank for your help

    Hi Javier,

Management Reporter requires an Active Directory Domain. This is listed in the system requirements. Unfortunately you will not be able to use MR without a domain. You can either load a VPC/HyperV image on your lapop or run MR on another domain server and remote desktop into it.

    Thanks

    Ryan
