Duties & Privileges for Overwrite Rate Currency Purchase Order Invoice

Hi Experts

I have a problem to assign the correct duties/privileges to one of my account staff whereby currently she cannot click the Overwrite Rate checkbox which is the checkbox are disabled. I already assign her as Accounting Manager and Finance Manager Role.

Any link or forum that can help me for this are really appreciated.

    Hello Ejat,

    For AX2012 there is the security development tool, which should help you getting this issue fixed.

    Are you using it?

    Hi Dr Ludwig

    I'm not aware about this. Thank u for the suggestion. Current practice i will check from AOT and Security Role ,then match it into user profiles.

    Will try to use security development tools as per suggest.

    Hi Ejat,

    Is this invoice already posted or still a pending vendor invoice?

    If it is posted then please see the comment of Crispin.

    If the invoice is not posted then you should be able to modify the exchange rate if you post the invoice through the registration and approval journals.

    The problem are solved now. My consultant help me to check on this customise the table to allow user to edit it.
