Blog on mobile phone does not fit the screen, especially images and iFrames. How do I fix that?

I have set up a Dynamics 365 Community Portal. It's working properly, the only problem is that the Blog and blog posts don't fit Mobile screens, especially when an Image is inserted or an IFrame with a video. How can I fix that?
