How to use dynamic Text in e-mail

I would like to create an e-mail template for marketing and quick campaigns. I would like to personalize the email with first name and last name:

Dear Michael Maier,

However, I can only use a placeholder with the dynamic content. As soon as I try to use two in one line, it doesn't work.

It works as follows in two lines:
{!lead:firstname;} Michael
{!lead:lastname;} Maier

However, the combination created with dynamic content does not work: {!lead:firstname;lead:surname;} - the line remains empty.

Does anyone have an idea why?

I have the same question (0)

Try to put the {!lead:firstname;} {!lead:lastname;} in same line. Also check the backend html(description field) to see if there is any <br> tags.
