Offline Client - How to clean up / shrink the offline database?

I had in the beginning a lot of filters configured and many data has been synchronized, until the maximum size of the offline Db was achieved. So I have modified and deleted some filters hoping to reach a size minimization but nothing happened. The size of the database did not shrink. Is there a way to clean up the database without a new configuration of the Client (removing and re-adding the Organisation)?

Yup, the only way is you delete and sync again the DB.

I think CRM didnt delete some data once you modified the filter, it ust try to append.

Try to use DB shrink feautre, hope will shrink and reduce the data size little bit.
