Hi forum,

When employee sends feedback from ESS,  employee's manager and the feedbacks recipient manager will get a notification. To get notification, we need to configure email settings. Is the feedback is mail driven feature? w/o mails, cant the feedback feature is used?

    You can use feedback without configuring email.  The feedback provided will show up in the employees and managers performance journal for both the recipient and provider.

    If email is not configured, can the info message that pops up when you send feedback saying something on the lines of it cannot be delivered - be prevented?

    I think that cannot be prevented, though am not sure.
