Hello everyone,
I recently upgraded a GP9 installation to GP10 in a test environment. When I first start GP I get the message:
To use the Smartlist capability in this product, the smartlist tables must be built. This is a one-time initialization process and may take a few minutes. do you want to proceed with the initializtion now? I hit yes and in a few seconds I get the message:
A get/change first operation on table 'ASI_MSTR_Explorer_Favorites' failed
accessing SQL data.
More info says:
Number of resultes columns doesnt match table definition.
When I go to any screen and do a lookup I get the same message:
A get/change first operation on table 'ASI_MSTR_Explorer_Favorites' failed
accessing SQL data.
Has this happened to anyone else? The related KB article (898475) offers no working solution to my case.
Thank you!
Nelson A.

Hello Richard, thanks for replying. I upgraded from 9.00.281 to 10.00.1411
Are you sure you followed all of the most current upgrade instructions? I seem to remember this in the early upgrades that a table got missed. GP then sent out a patch to the process.
What service pack were you on in 9 and which service pack of 10 did you upgrade to?
