Hi,

I need to know the complete process to sell the App with IP range to an on-prem customer

App is already on appsource and being used by SaaS customers

 

do we need to register our add-on with MS first with objects range?

do we need to ask customer to accept admin relationship?

do we need to add our addon on their license on MS Portal, how? , it is on old mbs website?

do we have to send our app to them by email to let them install themselves?

what is the security if objects extracted from app? , will Get-NAVAppRuntimePackage enough to secure?

    Hi, You need to submit an application to Microsoft so that the license you create will be automatically assigned to this object range and the customer does not need to purchase it separately.
    The Runtime Package is secure and cannot be unpacked by customers or partners. But generally you can request to connect remotely to the customer's server, install the program by yourself, and delete the app file after installation.
