Does Microsoft provides support to access MS Great Plains using REST APIs?

If Yes, could you please provide some reference URLs here?

    There are no REST APIs currently provided for access to Dynamics GP data.  Releases have been evolving to include more and more services, so future releases could provide some of what you're looking for.
