barcode scanning issue with width 6.0 centimeters

Hello Experts

I have an issue in scanning  barcode with width 6.0 centimeters labels

The problem happend if the barcode contains many letters, in this case I could not scan the barcode 

If I zoom the report page the scanner workeing fine 

The barcode configration are : Barcode::construct(BarcodeType::Code128); and  the SSRS report font is BC C128 Narrow

Is there any idea to scan the barcode correctly if the barcode has many letters and numbers

Notes : I create the same barcode in the online generator with same size and working fine , Also if I make the width 7 CM it's wotking fine

    Hi Ahmed,

    Can you tell if you print the barcode on paper or if you scan from the screen? Does the online generator also use the same barcode font or is this e.g. generating an image.

    What exact type of report are you talking about? Is this a SSRS report or e.g. an office document generated with Electronic Reporting?
