Our client is using Business Central SaaS 19 and we are moving them over to using the standard enhanced email functionality, but when accessing Sent Email, they can only open their own email, if they try someone else's email, they get the error "You can only open your own email messages".
It doesn't appear to be a permission issue, as the message is generated for SUPER users too.
Is there a way to open other's emails?
