Hi, I want to ask if there is a way to create an open return sales order (open sales order with negative line) from POS and then this order to be received from Dynamics back office ? the business case is the cashier creates the return in POS then warehouse team receive the item in dynamics back office

if you recall/return invoiced order in POS, you should fully pay it to be able to complete a return. So after that Sales order in HQ will be invoiced as well.
If you want to complete it in HQ, you should create a return in HQ.

if not then you can use blind return on POS which create return transaction. But you can not create Sales order for return on POS.
