Hi all,

Is there a way to implement integration between WhatsApp and Dynmamics 354 crm. for example when a customer send messages/document for a customer service/care agent whats-App phone number, the integration is responsible to create new case in regard for that customer.

Is it doable ??

There is no WhatsApp public API, so no, there is no way to call an action.  This is an explicit design decision by the WhatsApp team.

Yes, it is possible to integrate WhatsApp with Dynamics 365 CRM, and third-party tools are available for this purpose. One such popular tool is "WhatsApp4Dynamics" by Inogic, designed to integrate WhatsApp Business with Dynamics 365 CRM, users to leverage the capabilities of WhatsApp directly from CRM.
The integration provides functionalities such as the ability to send and receive WhatsApp messages, receive notifications for incoming messages, set up automated templates, store entire chat session histories, and support features like rich-text formatting, multi-language options, emojis, and multimedia content for optimal communication – all seamlessly accessible from Dynamics 365 CRM.
There is much more to this, you can start and try with a 15-day free trial from Inogic Website or Microsoft AppSource.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
The WhatsApp channel feature lets you integrate WhatsApp through Twilio with Omnichannel for Customer Service to engage with customers who prefer to use the WhatsApp channel.
