We used Solomon 10 years and sometimes Solomon create a shipper with double quantity of an order and auto create a shipper with minus quantity like the original order. We already setup system not allow create shipper if quantity available less than 0. It happen both in Solomon 6.5 SP3 and 7.0 SP3. Anyone guess the main reason of this issue and how to fix it ?
