    Hello,

You can just use the "Import Package" function on the same page where you exported.
After that, you will need to apply the package.

To move customers from your production environment to a sandbox environment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, follow these steps. Since you've already created a configuration package in the production environment and exported it, you just need to import the configuration package into the sandbox environment.
    • Go to the Sandbox Environment: Open the sandbox environment where you want to import the data.
    • Use the search bar and type “Configuration Packages.” On the Configuration Packages page, select Import Packages.
    • Select the exported file that you previously exported from your production environment and Click Open to import the data.

    • Automatically Item Configuration Package created in system.
    • Once the package is imported, you need to validate the data before it can be applied in the sandbox. Choose Validate to check if there are any issues with the data or missing dependencies.
    • If there are validation errors, correct them (for example, missing data in related tables) in Excel or system and try again.
    • Once the validation is complete and there are no issues, you can apply the configuration package to bring the data into the sandbox environment. Select the package and choose Apply Data.
    • Confirm that you want to apply the data Using Yes button
      .
