CRM authentication from iOS device

Hello everyone,

we have CRM 2011 on-premise in our internal network.
We now built a custom website that uses direct DB-queries to generate some CRM data reportings.
In the query we make use of the "Filtered" Views in order to match the data access for each user.

This works fine when we run the website on a windows device where windows authentication works and each user receives the data they are allowed to see.

But now we want to include the website on an iOS device. This doesn't support Windows authentication and we don't know how to make the website run on iOS.

Any hints are appreciated,
