Hello,

We have a few examples where the Due Date on Posted Whse Shipment Lines is prior to the date the SO was created. For example:

This Sales Order has a system created at date of 11/10/23 and a requested delivery date of 13/10/23.

The Shipment is auto created on Sales Order release, and these dates are not amended on the Shipment itself.

We can't work out where the Due Date of the 10/10/23 is coming from and there doesn't seem much documentation from MS on the subject.

Any suggestions please?

Hi,

I think this is set from the shipping time on the customer. In this example I have a sales order with

Order Date = 16/10/23

Requested Delivery Date = 29/10/23

Also, on this customer there is a shipping time of 5D.

When I create the warehouse shipment the Due Date is now 24/10/23.
