Hello,
I create KB articles (Service Hub) and assign to categories. When using the KB search feature in a form I can search by keywords.
Maybe I am missing it but I don't see ability to search/filter by category in a form .
Is searching by category possible?

I have not found an easy way. One possible solution would be a custom workflow activity that populate a searchable field on the article. Like category3, category5, etc. That would limit the manual entry, but a bit of work to setup.
I am also struggling with this. I know that we can use the Subject field to help with search but I was hoping to use the Categories instead. We plan to use a partner portal in the future and Knowledge articles can be sorted via categories there with ease. But in the service hub, I cannot seem to search or filter by category. Can this be configured?
