As a xyz user, when generating the activities,

Hi partner,

Hope you are well.

With your description, we can create a look up column which has Sales office and/or Sales group values and then configure cascade with territories table. So that, if we select the Sales office and/or Sales group of the look up column, all territories under that sale office or sales group will be showed.
