Hi,
I am trying to log on to SO Manager, but whenever I do, I get an error message
"runtime error-'21472178(80040e31)' :Timeout Expired"
Can anyone help me out,
I will be very grateful

I have the same question (0)Does it take a long time till the error message comes up or does it show immediately?
In SO Administrator goto File --> Configuration. Check to make sure the connection timeout is at least 30. If it is then click Test Database connection, see if it successfully connects and let me know what happens.
