We have 6 Citrix servers for our production install of Dynamics GP and FRx. One user repeatedly has problems opening FRx with an error of “SysData location is not valid”. To resolve I delete the FRx folder in this path (C:\Users\UserName\AppData\ocal\FrxSoftware\FRx6.7), but this only provides a temporary resolution.
Does anyone know how I can permanently resolve this?
