Why is the manage button not showing up?

Hello, 

When trying to update/install a Marketing App, the "Manage" button does not show up in the system:

I can only see de Details option.

Any ideas of why is this?

    Hi ManuelC,

    Please make sure you have full administrator privilege and then navigator to the PPAC->Resources->Dynamics 365 app:

    Thank you for your response.

    I verified and yes, I have full admin privileges.

    Any other ideas maybe?
