Updating Case Field from a Related Account Field in Flow

I'm not sure this is the right place for this question but I am trying to create a Flow that updates a field in the Case on create to a field value in the related Account. This seems simple and I can achieve it using the old way but this is my first attempt at a Flow and keep hitting a wall.  Below is what I have now and the error I get when I test.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Details: the case field is a user lookup field and the account field is also a user lookup field.

    Hi lawwilliams,

    Looks like Row ID you are passing at 'Get a row by ID' action is having problem (I cannot see what exactly you are passing that input field). This should contains a value of Customer field in Case as highlighted in the below screenshot.

    That worked for that stage, thank you!  Now it's getting caught up in the Update a Row stage.  What should the Row ID be?  I've tried several options but none are working.

    Row ID under 'Update a row' action should be set to Case (Unique identifier of the case) from 'When a row is added, modified or deleted' action as in the below screenshot.

    Thank you.  I had tried that and got the following error so I thought it was wrong.  Is it because the field is a lookup to the user?

    There is a company contact (user lookup) field on the Account form.  When a Case is created for an account we want the company contact field from the Account to pull into the company contact field on the Case form.

    To update Company Contact lookup, you need to enclose User Id with in /systemusers() similar to web API update as in the below screenshot. Example, /systemuser(1bcd4cf8-eb7e-4fde-8da8-25cb5c1153ad)

    Thank you!! This exact fix didn't work, however, I used the Company Contact (Value) from Get a row by ID and I got the expected result.
