Hello Mani,
The W-3 is just a summary of all the W-2s so there is no way to edit it directly. However if you do make a change to one of the W-2s, you may need to reprint all the W-2s(to the screen) then print the W-3 so the W-3 picks up the change.
1. go to (Tools | Routines | Payroll | Print W-2s)
2. Choose W-2 forms and enter the starting control number and choose all employees
Print the report to the screen. Verify all the W-2s have printed to the screen then close the report
3. Print the W-3 form, the W-3 form should now be the totals of all the W-2 forms.
If it is still incorrect, I would recommend that you submit a support incident so an engineer can take a more detailed look at the issue.
