Hi team,
I have set up a mailbox "A" such that every mail that comes to this mailbox will be forwarded to queue mailbox.The Mails are getting forwarded to queue mailbox and could be seen in outlook but i couldn't see the CRM activity when a mail comes from forwarded mailbox to queue mailbox.I could only see the mails sent directly to Queue mailbox in the Activity.
Moved from Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Forum. It seems to be about Dynamics CRM instead.

Do you use Dynamics 365 App for Outlook? If so, Microsoft 365 shared mailbox is not supported.https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/outlook-app/deploy-dynamics-365-app-for-outlook

That is jst a mailbox whose Email forwarding rule is set as a queue mailbox.So that any mails that comes to this mailbox will be forwarded to the queue mailbox.I see the mails coming to the queue mailbox but not tracked in CRM
