Receiving emails sent by Dynamics for Marketing seems to be not 100% verified. Next to the sender appears the additon "via eur.pb-dynmktge.com" in the email client. Looks unprofessional and makes clear, that the mail wasn´t sent personally by the sender.
Our company is using Cloud EU and Dynamics 365 including Dynamics for Marketing. SPF entries are added in the DNS records as well as DKIM.
Is there something missing?
Hi Holger,
This happens when your sending domain is not authenticated with DKIM and we sign emails with DKIM on our domain.
If you want this "via eur.pb-dynmktge.com" message to disappear, please request a custom DKIM configuration via a support ticket.
Regards,
Aga

Hi Holger,
The domain you are using is unauthenticated while the envelope sender domain is authenticated, therefore it is showing you the more credible of the two domains. If you send from authenticated domain, it will show as it comes from you. Otherwise anyone can impersonate you without any visual indication which can be considered phishing or spoofing.
Thanks,
Megan

Holger,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I don't know if this is a GDPR requirement or something that could/should be fixed by the team. I'll start an email thread and get an answer for you.
Thanks,
Megan
