The recently viewed records (clock symbol on the ribbon) has not worked for our company for over 6 months. Basically it never updates the recently viewed list whatever records you go to. We have had endless support sessions and tests with tech support without a solution.
Finally it was announced that this has now been officially recognized as a bug that is affecting CRM Online if you have swedish or danish language as default and using IE or Google Chrome. So it's not just our company, but probably the majority of swedish and danish CRM Online customers.
Tech support still gives us updates just saying that the bug still exists and it's on the to do-list for the dev team but no ETA.
I just think this paints a poor picture of Microsoft. This bug is probably easy to fix since it's related to a language setting. Had this been from a small CRM developer they probably would have fixed this overnight. But from what it seems there is a very slow, almost comical, bureaucratic process in this case.
I just feel that over 6 months for this is getting beyond ridiculous...
