Inbound port issue - ContractFilter mismatch at the EndpointDispatcher

I have two inbound port salesorder create and returnsales order  if i deactivate salesorder create and activate only returnsalesorder. 

it successfully  the return salesoder  if both inbound  salesorder create and returnorder port is active means it not allowing to create the return salesorder 

throws error: cannot be processed at the receiver, due to a ContractFilter mismatch at the EndpointDispatcher.
