Purchase agreement from purchase requisition

Hi ,

In public sector environment is there a way to initiate a purchase agreement starting from purchase requisition

in PO case the process is PR >> create RFQ>> release approved PR >> PO or automatic creation of PO from purchasing policies

but how is works if the process is PR>> create RFQ >> Purchase agreement ???

    Hi,

    I believe you need to perform the steps like you do for the PO, in the PO there is a button for purchase agreement

    But the sequence in the public sector in case or purchase agreements is ((Any issue related to procurement  in public sector environment  should start with purchase requisition so the purchase requisition should be related to purchase agreement or contracts...

    purchase requisition >> request for quotation & bids >> acceptance with vendor should automatically transfer to purchase agreement or contract in most of the cases >> then PO released out of this purchase agreement
