- If we update to a new SKU does Outbound go away? (we’d like to confirm what will happen. For an existing customer with OBM, upgrading CIJ should retain OBM.)
- If we change the SKU from a licensing perspective, how does that change what they see?
- What happens if they get a whole new app? Will they lose the Outbound and the current Realtime data? (Relevant since we are moving to a new SKU, this is not simply an update)
- If there’s a transition process, what do we lose when transitioning from their current app to the new app?
- If we move to the new SKU, is Microsoft planning on having an update in the future that they’re going to remove Outbound?
- Our assumption is the data in Realtime will stay. Correct? (Again, relevant since in a normal update this would stay, but if they’re moving to a new SKU we are unsure and would like to confirm)
- Can we leave their current environment as-is and turn on the new environment so we can create a sandbox in the new environment before we move everything over? As per the diagram, we could instance CIJ into the sandbox and request OBM be added by completing this form.
