Management Reporter "Include all reporting currencies" is grayed out

We need to setup a report with multiple currencies.

The "Include all reporting currencies" checkbox is grayed-out.

How can we make this available?

    I know this is a bit old, I am just checking if you ever managed to fix the issue as to why the "Include all reporting currencies" is grayed out when using MR with GP?
