Dynamics CRM Integration with Yammer

I have not used Yammer much. Have recently integrated yammer with CRM. I want to know, can we not post anything at all without tagging a group and just tag a user? 

When I try and do that, it says please tag atleast one group.

So, Iam able to either post without tagging anyone at all. Or, if i try and tag a user, it doesn't let me post unless i ALSO tag a group.

    Hi Neha,

    There are a some CRM like MS Dynamics/phone system provider that offers direct integration between the two. However its not always 100% compatible and some features cannot be used due to compatibility issues. There are a few 3rd party CTI company that integrates CRM application and phone system. I used to have this problem too then I found a company called Tenfold. Their integration has a few features like call pop ups, click to dial, advanced analytics on the back end, and a few more. Just take a quick look at their services and see if this is something you'd be interested in.
