We have a payroll clearing account set up that is not appearing on the management report balance sheet that we have created. Any ideas on how to get the account to show up? The account is set up a balance sheet account, the account # is 999999-999-999. Is the issue due to all balance sheet account being ******-000-000 and the clearing account having *-999-999 at the end?

Accounts are retrieved on the Management Reporter either based on the Account Category or the Account Segments. In both cases, you should select a range to filter by a specific set of accounts.
In your case, if the range that you have configured doesn't state (0000 to 9999), this clearing account will not be retrieved. When it comes to such account, I usually add it manually by considering the account segments as shown below:
Another method to make sure that this account will be retrieved on the Management Reporter level is to setup this account under a specific Account Category and specify this category on your row definition
