Something happened last week and we cant see messages preview anymore in Contact center Inbox. Shows "Last message unavailable" or for some users "Loading". We did different testing, different users, network locations, browsers to exclude user/network traffic blocks or browser plugins/addons. When you click on message to "read", it will show then last message, but will not refresh on new/updates. We use Whatapp Channel through Twilio.
Wondering if anyone experienced any similar behavior?
