Hello,

I am facing an issue regarding Forms Pro. I am using Power Automate to call Forms Pro to send survey whenever any case is being resolved in D365 Sales.

The Survey responses are being stored in the Forms Pro Survey Responses entity in Dynamics 365 sales.

Now the issue is, I am not getting value in the Regarding field of Forms Pro Survey Responses entity. What should I do to populate resolved Case into the same field?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

you should be able to follow this great tutorial, which explains exactly what you are trying to do and also sets the regarding to a case (at the time of an invitation):

I honestly haven't taken a look at the Survey Response entity yet, but I assume, that the Survey Invitation needs to have the regarding field set, or it won't populate in the Survey Reponse.
