Retail SDK - E-commerce Website Cart

Hello all,

I'm trying to find out if there is any out-of-box feature for a CSR to access a live customer cart and assist with ordering process? If there is not out-of-box feature, is this something that can be achieved via customization or would there be no way for a CSR to live update a website users cart?

    Scenario is customer logs in to their account on website. Customer adds items to cart but has issues with cart or checkout process (maybe customer is not very tech literate) so CSR connects to live customer session to provide hands on assistance.

    There is not such OOB feature delivered along with Ecom package.

    You may want to look into a live assist application like (https://lad365.cba-gbl.com/) where the online user can share the screen/session with CSR and help with the ordering process. The integrations of these systems is typically as simple as injected external JS libraries.

    If you need access to the actual cart data and modify it using external components , it might be complex be still be achievable using commerce/retail SDK.
