Account Entity - Currency Field

Hi all,

I do understand that the value being set on the Currency field when creating a new record is either from the Currency that is selected on "User Personal Options" or the base Currency (Currency selected when creating a new Dynamics CRM organization).

My question, is it possible for lets say Account record to not have a Currency value when created?

    It is possible to not have a currency lookup value, providing that none of the fields of type money/currency have a value. As soon as you set a value in any money/currency field, then a currency lookup value is required
