SL2015 CU1 AP Vendor Maintenance Customization

Client is testing SL 2015 CU1 and wants to customize the AP Vendor Maintenance Screen Document Tab.  I went into Customize mode and made the changes, then saved, but the changes were not saved.  I tried again in Initialize Mode.  Same result.  Any suggestions would be appreciated to get this done.

    What Customization Level did you use for the customization?

    I used both SELF and ALL USERS.  The changes finally saved after about 6 separate attempts.
