Fixed Assets Integration/eConnect NULL value

Posted on by 430

I am getting the following error when running fixed assets integration:

"Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ORIGINALLIFEDAYS', table 'UNGR2.dbo.FA00200'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

The statement has been terminated."

I know the integration is trying to populate FA00200 but the data its looking for is not a required field. If I enter a value here, the next field pops up with an error.

I've deleted and rebuilt the integration, same error. I ran this integration in TEST environment 2 months ago and had no issues at all. The company database was inadvertently pointed to TEST and when I ran this the other day for production, it updated TEST with no errors; when I point to production database I get errors...

Thanks,

Sherryll

Any chance you figured this out and remember what you did those many years ago?
