Hello,
We are currently working on upgrading GP 2013 R2 to GP 2016 R2. I am trying to download GP 2016 R2 DVD from this path but i am getting an error saying as "unexpected error occurred and contact support". Before i reach out to support i want to find out from the community, is there anything i could do to not to see the error ? Please find the screenshots below. Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.

Thanks so much for your response, i actually tried in chrome it self and it didn't work. Today i tried again but this time i tried in incognito window and guess what it started downloading.
I was able to download from the link you provided without any issues. I've noticed that some browsers have difficulty with the download as they cannot load the Microsoft Download Manager. I am using Chrome, what browser are you using?
