Can someone tell what the best version of Dynamics for a small business (AX, NAV, GP or SL ), that has been using "Filemaker". (its become to costly to use & only has one live user access.) Would like access dynamics from internet, to be able to import &/or view invoice. I would like to have it on our server to keep cost down & to have more then one user to access it,

That would depend on the functionality required. Are you just talking about core financials(GL,AP and AR). Being a GP reseller I will give you a totally biased opinion that GP is the way to go. With GP 2013 you can purchase the Starter pack that will give you three users. If configured properly you will be able to remote into your server and perform all functions such as printing invoices and if you need to import invoices you can use an import tool. You can also set up your own intranet reports and make them available to anyone in your organization. It has been many moon since I last saw FileMaker. There is no migration tool so there will be manual work to be done to get your data into GP.
