D365 App for outlook Set regarding Search not working

Hi,

Dynamics 365 app for outlook Set regarding Search is not finding any results. This "bug" is on multiple environments. It has something to do with the update that happened on the weekend to the d365 environments. If somebody has found a fix for this it would be great.

    It seems clearing IE cache and rebooting fixes this issue. Haven't tested it myself but a colleague of mine tells me so.

    Clearing IE cache with the browser closed is definitely the resolution.  Once in a while you have to go a step further:

    1. Open Dynamics app in desktop client
    2. Open IEChooser.exe in %WindowsFolder%\System32\F12
    3. Click on Dynamics 365 thread
    4. Go to Network tab and click clear cache button

    Microsoft made changes to the search XML over the weekend that caused the issue to arise.  Here is the actual KB Article:

    This worked, thank you.  the F12 developer clear cache issue.
