What is the possible cause of this error:

Unhandled object exception:
Class not registered

EXCEPTION_CLASS_OBJECT_EXCEPTION
ExceptionSubClass:-2147221164

 

please help to solve this problem... we are using GP9

    Hello,

    I do not know the exact cause of this issue; where I have seen it resolved is by upgrading GP and/or upgrading or installing the version of Excel being used with GP.
