
I am setting up lockbox in GP. I import the file, the open the "Lockbox Transactions" screen. When I double click on any of the lines that I did not import a customer ID for I receive the error "This module isn't registered. To register this module, contact your Microsoft Dynamics GP representative." Even if GP was able to find the correct customer, if I did not import the number, I receive the error. I can't figure out what it thinks is not registered. I have this working in test and have compared the items checked under registration and the installed modules in control panel. Everything is identical other than the fact that we are in process of testing for upgrading to GP2016 R2, so that is the version test is on and production is on GP2015 R2. Does anyone know if this is a bug in GP2015 R2 or have any idea what I could look at?

I have the same question (0)I found the solution. It is listed as a problem with GP10 and GP2010, but evidently it was not fixed until GP2016. The cause is: This problem occurs because the Module ID’s Master (SY05100) table lists an incorrect ID for Lockbox Processing in Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 and GP 2010. The module ID for Lockbox Processing is 93. However, the listed module ID is 21.
