Power automate flow trigger

Hi all ,

 

This is long pending existing issue, when we update any record in CRM frond end UI ,the flow is triggered 

 

 The problem is , when the data updated through plugin or workflows , then the MS flow is not triggered, 

 

Any one please help me in this issue ,what is the issue that the why the flow is not triggered
