SSRS report execution

Dear All,

As below diagram of SSRS report execution. What we can say it's 2 Tier architecture OR 3 Tier architecture?

I think it's 3 Tier architecture. because some body told me it's 2 Tier architecture.

Please give me more shed on this.

    I would agree that it is a 3-tier model for AX 2012.

    The user initiates the report from AX client (tier 1) that is talking to the AX AOS (tier 2), which collects the data using the Data Provider class running on server-side (talking to the SQL database). Then the data is passed on the the SSRS instance for rendering (tier 3), which will talk back to the AX client if you print it on the screen, or channel it to the printer.
