"The server has terminated the session the client will now close" in AX 4.0

Hello everybody 

I have a problem with  Ax client session will be terminated when selecting Sales Order form or Purchase Order form or Item Master with the below message

"the server has terminated the session the client will now close" in some of the cases like

i. For some users in Desktop Client its showing above Message but for the same users its working correctly in Remote client.

ii. For some users in Remote Client its showing above Message but for the same users its working correctly in Desktop client.

I restart  the main server to refresh the memory , but no change.

Any help or replay will be highly appreciated.

    Hello,

    This can be due to a problem with remote procedure calls (RPC) and to fix the problem you must install the following update for the machine where the AOS resides: www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx;DisplayLang=en

    Or try

    Turned off services by the following pattern:

    Forefront Identity Manager *

    Dynamics AX *

    SQL *

    Sharepoint *

    Turn on the following services:

    SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER)

    SQL Server Browser

    Microsoft Dynamics AX Object Server 6.2$01-MicrosoftDynamicsAX

    The issue can be a result of insufficients hardware resources (VM has only 5GB of RAM, Core i3 processor) and lot's of services which too frequently use SQL Server, so SQL Server physicaly can't response to all of them.
