Hi,
I have setup the credit limit process hold for a sales order type id in SOP setup.
however, that hold id will only be allocated to transaction when the credit limit amount by customer is over and not by aging bucket even though i have setup both.
is there any setting i did wrongly in SOP?
customer setup
credit limit amount = 8,000
or if aging bucket 31-60 days is beyond 0.01
transaction 1 - posted a over due date transaction for that customer in AR with 100.00
transaction 2 - create a SOP invoice with customer @ 300.00, system does not prompt HOLD id because the amount is not over credit.
but if we setup AR password exceed, it will be prompted during SOP transaction.
am i setting anyting wrongly with HOLD ID?
